Ordering

We have tried to make our online ordering as simple as possible.

First we organized our online products in an easy to use format. We categorized our products according to their ease of use as well as age-appropriate use.

Then we have defined each category with easy to read information.  No need to plow through a bunch of technical terms. 

Once you find a kite or toy you like just click on it for more information or to see the other options that are available for that product.  If you like what you see just put it in the shopping cart and we will take care of it from there.

We have chosen the most often purchased products in our retail kite shop to offer you on our website.  You can find a greater variety to choose from by visiting our store.   As our website grows so will our product-mix.  If you know what you are looking for but do not see it on our website, do not hesitate to call us.  If we do not have it in stock we can easily order it for you.

Return Policy

Returns

• We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items within 15 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition in original packaging with no damage or missing parts.
• Shipping charges are not refundable (we will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error).
• A RMC#(Returned merchandise code number) is required on the outside of the return shipment  before we accept the return.  Please call us at 1-206-633-4780 to receive your RMC#.  Any items sent without our RMC# written on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender.  We will not accept responsibility for packages without an authorization code written on the outside of the package.
• Defective videos or DVDs, will be exchanged for the same item only, no returns.
• When returning an item please send via UPS or parcel post mail and make sure to properly insure the items. Please send all returns to:

Damaged and Defective Items

• If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us at goodwinds@aol.com or by phone at 1-206-633-4780 also contact the shipping company and report the damage and arrange for pickup of the damaged item. They will notify us of the claim and then we can ship you a replacement. Here are the contact numbers you will need:

• If the item appears to be defective before use, but was not damaged in shipment, please contact us so we can ship out a replacement. If the item was damaged during use please contact the manufacturer for any warranty service.

Missing Parts and Items

• In most cases if you did not receive something that you ordered it was out of stock and placed on backorder. Please check your invoice to see if you have been charged for the missing item. If it was out of stock we would not charge your account and there should be no charges on the invoice. If you were charged for an item but did not receive it, or if you received the wrong item please contact us at goodwinds@aol.com or by phone at 1-206-633-4780 have your order number handy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.  We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.  We offer expedited orders at the going rate.  We ship via UPS or USPS.  Delivery times vary according to carriers.  Orders outside the Continental US require different handling and we are happy to ship to your destination but it will cost more and sometimes will take a while longer. All tariffs and other fees are to be paid by the customer.

Any shipment that is not deliverable due to an incorrect address given to us will be the responsibility of the customer.  We will be happy to reship but the reshipping charges will need to be paid before reshipment.
